Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Owen, WI facility. The successful candidate will work on a 3rd shift schedule, with occasional weekend call-outs every 8-10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and lubricate machinery components, including shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
- Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, steam, pneumatic equipment, repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment.
- Diagnose and maintain electrical systems.
- Perform building maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrate basic technical knowledge of piping systems, electricity, PLC's, process equipment, and personal computing.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or the food/beverage industry is highly desirable.
