The typical hiring range for this role is $91,500 to $137,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

- Analyze and evaluate project designs and ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and HSE standards as well as to drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Develop processes and specifications to support the manufacturing of new products or to improve existing product lines and improve or modernize operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting the production process to eliminate production losses and down time due to contamination, equipment malfunction and human error.
- Oversee all phases of assigned projects from inception to final operation.
- Facilitate continuous improvement events resulting in employee skill and knowledge development and KPI performance improvements.
- BS/MS in Engineering, Business or Food Science
- 5 Years in a process engineer or improvement role with prior experience and demonstrated proficiency leading events utilizing established process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and development and motivating, coaching & influencing others.
- HACCP/food safety, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
