Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced production efficiency engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing maintenance practices to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
This involves identifying and managing asset reliability risks, completing criticality analysis of plant assets, and developing maintenance capabilities. You will also work with regional reliability engineers to understand leading maintenance practices and drive embedding predictive maintenance within the site maintenance agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize maintenance practices to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks
- Complete criticality analysis of plant assets
- Develop maintenance capabilities through knowledge transfer and training
- Work with regional reliability engineers to understand leading maintenance practices
- Drive embedding predictive maintenance within the site maintenance agenda
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in reliability engineering
- Experience in continuous improvement working with lean tools and methodologies (six sigma)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus
- SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to review and interpret equipment manuals, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
