Kersey & Associates, PC, a fast-paced local CPA firm, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage office operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with basic Windows computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
