Building Maintenance - Sheraton Hotel - 11p - 7a Tuesday thru Saturday Job description We are looking for a full time, skilled building maintenance professional to work in a hotel environment handling service calls, cosmetic projects, painting and carpentry. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring that the property is always maintained in the best possible condition with the least amount of inconvenience to hotel guests. Will work on multiple cosmetic projects in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong attention to project deadlines and work quality. Daily projects require various specialties to compliment the continuous operations of our hotels. Specialties required include customer service, general repair and cosmetic experience in all phases of hotel property maintenance, including doors, wall coverings, flooring and tile, painting, and carpentry. The right candidate will be self-motivated and work well with limited supervision as well as be able to work in a team environment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Current driver’s license required with good driving record.
