What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tenant Relations Director - Commercial Property position at Kessinger/ Hunter?
The qualified incumbent will maintain personal contact with all office and retail tenants; monitor landlord/property maintenance services and lease obligations of the tenants; manage contracts, move in/out processes, & tenant communication chain, and supervise Building Concierge employees.

Therefore, a Tenant Relations Manager will be the face of Kessinger Hunter, ensuring every working day is remarkable for our valued tenants. Create strong relationships with tenants by anticipating needs & creating experiences worth talking about. Develop trust with tenants through prompt response and resolution to challenges or issues tenants experience in the building. Maintain a strong working partnership with vendors, tenants, and ownership in the name of a better bottom line for Kessinger Hunter.
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hospitality or property management experience highly desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
