Job Title: Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain part inspection requirements.
- Create and maintain documents libraries.
- Create and maintain part books (Blue Books) using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Review, scan and file electronically all quality documents required.
- Assist with analysis for quality performance using IQMS, Microsoft Excel or Mini Tab as required.
- Assist with training the Inspector / Packers as needed and sign off on training documents.
- Assist with maintaining the quality system for the company.
- Inspect incoming raw material used for production.
- Perform dock audits.
- Assist shift inspectors with inspection or audits when needed.
- Meet with pervious shift and meet with incoming shift to ensure communication between shifts.
- Will work overtime as required to cover for shift inspectors when using PTO or to meet customer orders and demands.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from established quality standards.
- Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control inspections and test results.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
