Kessler Rehabilitation Center is growing and as we expand, we need more help!
Kessler Rehabilitation Center is adding an additional recruiter to our talent acquisition team to support the recruitment efforts for our 100 outpatient centers throughout New Jersey!
On a daily basis, the recruiter will work collaboratively with our outpatient talent acquisition and Human Resources teams. A successful recruiter will develop relationships with local senior leadership and be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment and recruitment strategies, as it relates to their open and active job requirements. The recruiter will excel in all recruitment functions while contributing to strong communication, creative marketing, and excellent relationship building skills.
Responsibilities
A Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, assesses, and recommends prospective employees for employment. They assist in identifying appropriate salary levels during offers of employment to qualified candidates. Recruiters recommend creative recruitment and retention strategies and utilize a variety of the industry's concepts, practices and procedures to accomplish goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Previous progressive experience in Human Resources field and/or recruitment required
- Expertise in computer/software applications and internet-based applicant tracking systems related to recruitment functions required
- Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system desirable
- Prior Healthcare experience preferred
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency, hiring strong candidates that meet our culture and core values
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail is essential
