As a Sales Professional, you’ll be the face of our store, guiding customers through their jewelry-buying journey with expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional service. Plus, as an employee-owner you’ll have a direct stake in our success – when we thrive, you thrive!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect piece
- Educate clients on diamond quality, gemstones, and fine jewelry craftsmanship
- Build relationships with new and returning customers
- Meet and exceed sales goals through outstanding service and product knowledge
- Discuss available financing options
- Assist with inventory management and store upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience
- A passion for fine jewelry and helping customers celebrate life’s special moments
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
