Job Description :
We are seeking a multi-person UAT quality assurance team in support of a critical state government initiative. The team will be responsible for testing the current system in preparation for modernization and to enhance administrative and financial operations.
These roles will be crucial to ensure the system meets functionality, usability, and security standards while supporting the state's future practice model.
Responsibilities :
- Execute Master Test Plan strategies.
- Review SIT test cases and results for compliance with project standards.
- Conduct environment smoke testing and resolve related issues.
- Define and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
- Validate data, reports, and system interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with ADA standards and usability criteria.
- Document and monitor test results, reporting defects and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with MDCPS staff and SMEs to expand UX testing.
- Support the UAT Test Manager in managing resources, test cases, and defect validation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Perform smoke testing to validate testing environments.
- Collaborate with the UAT team to define test data and scenarios.
- Identify and resolve issues in automated testing processes.
- Provide detailed documentation of test outcomes and defects.
