Job Description :
We are seeking Lead QA / UAT manager over a 13 person quality assurance team in support of a critical state government initiative. This person will be responsible for leading a quality assurance team in support and preparation for modernization and to enhance administrative and financial operations platform. The team will be responsible for ensuring that the system meets functionality, usability, and security standards while supporting the state's future practice model.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of the UAT Master Test Plan.
- Assign and oversee test case execution by team members.
- Monitor progress, ensure adherence to quality standards, and address deviations.
- Define and implement quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate defect management, validation, and retesting.
- Generate and present progress reports, including KPIs and testing milestones.
- Coordinate with MDCPS leadership to align testing efforts with organizational goals.
