Kestra Private Wealth Services, an independent, wholly owned RIA subsidiary of Kestra Financial, seeks a Manager, PWS Field Operations. The ideal candidate will have working familiarity with the financial services business, generally, with wirehouse advisor and/or recruit onboarding experience preferred, and be adept at efficiently managing multiple tasks related to the direction and administration of PWS operations, including partnering with Onboarding Ops for the successful transition of PWS recruits and support staff, and engagement with IWS & Schwab for existing PWS business. Some onsite travel will also be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- PWS transition liaison - Responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of a PWS recruit transition, in partnership with PWS mgmt team & Onboarding Ops, and beyond release of Transitions.
- Work with internal departments to ensure PWS white-glove experience to transition business.
- Be the main PWS point of contact for newly joining firms.
- Ensure PWS specific onboarding offering is provided successfully & completely to each onboarding firm.
- Drive strategic planning logistics for each onboarding firm
- Third Party Custodian – Point of contact for PWS IWS and Charles Schwab relationship, including access set up, login resets, monthly reconciliation of master accounts
- Vendor Management – oversight and secondary approvals for vendor invoices and problem resolution.
- Escalation – Provide support and manage escalated issues in a timely manner and be point of contact until resolution is achieved. Strong organization and tracking skills required.
- Continuous Learning – Responsible for keeping apprised of and helping promote new processes to our advisor network, actively participating in team meetings, and openness to grow the role within KPWS.
- PWS special projects & other duties, as assigned.
- Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and extremely organized.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well with others in a small, elite team atmosphere.
- Deliver outcomes at the highest professional standards.
- Ensures a high-quality customer experience.
- MS Office experience required.
- Previous experience of the wirehouse or independent financial advisor industry is a plus.
- Some onsite travel will also be required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- College degree required or combination of equivalent industry related experience.

- Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time in office environment well lit.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Position is located in Austin, TX office. Must be able to work in the office during scheduled work hours.
