Kestra Private Wealth Services, an independent, wholly owned RIA subsidiary of Kestra Financial, seeks an Operations & Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will generally be familiar with the financial services business and be adept at efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including supporting the management team in various capacities, manipulating and analyzing data within Excel spreadsheets, specific business consulting responsibilities, and vendor relationship management. The candidate will also work with our nationwide Financial Professional network, providing operational and service support. The ideal candidate will also need to be familiar with technology, hardware, and software and be able to assist with troubleshooting and implementation, as needed.

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.

Recruit pipeline and sales process management:
- SalesForce tracking and monitoring for the PWS recruiting pipeline.
- Recruit input and initial set-up in SalesForce with Business Development team.
- Proforma analysis and economic model development lead.
- Initiate and finalize Letter of Intent's (LOI) for offers made to recruits.
- Liaision to Finance/Revenue operations on all recruit-related projects and tracking logs.
- Monthly tracking of Revenue and Assets under Advisement.
- Back-end bonus calculation and payment oversight.
- Support to Advisors for Advisor Insights inquiries related to revenue and assets.
- Annual Budget forecasting analytics.
- Ad Hoc reporting for PWS executives' decision making and presentations.
- L10 Metrics for advisor performance monitoring.
- New advisor compensation audit and tracking.
- New office opening and pre-break support.
- Back-up for vendor management problem resolution.
- Back-up for Site management.
- Independent self-starter who is goal-oriented, completes projects on time, and is accountable for high-quality work products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Tech savvy
- Ability to interact professionally in person, as well as on the phone.

- Understanding of the independent financial advisor industry is a plus.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Typically requires 2 years of related work experience.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- Ability to sit at a computer for long periods in an office environment with good lighting.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- The position is located in the Austin, Texas office. Must be able to work in the office during scheduled work hours.
