Overview:

Should be knowledgeable of internet culture, has a strong understanding of influencer landscape and is enthusiastic about social media as a media channel that can drive business results, and has a strong POV on what will drive this industry forward. A team player that will roll up their sleeves and dive straight in to the work, the role will include:
Responsibilities:
Ideate, price, pitch and execute scaled, multi-platform influencer campaigns across a variety of B2C and B2B clients.
Deep knowledge of the influencer space, strong perspective and POV; considered a thought-leader for the agency and clients.
Strategic utilization of Influencer tools (including Tagger, Activate) and tech platforms for search and program management; recommendations for how tools can be used to improve efficiency, program learnings
Ability to manage multiple programs across multiple clients at a given time (typical workload will be across 5 – 7 projects)
Deep understanding of influencer metrics; ability to understand performance, predict performance, and suggest tactics for optimizing performance.
Ability to participate in the new business process, creative concepting of programs, understanding and pitching Ketchum’s strategic influencer process
Draft and negotiate contracts coordinating with team members, talent representation and Ketchum legal
High level of professionalism, ability to talk to and present to senior level clients.
Have strong relationships with agents, managers and publicists.
Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends report updates to team.
Mentor and manage junior team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, marketing or a related field preferred or relevant work experience
8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, public relations, brand management in an agency or a non-agency setting
Comfort and familiarity in social and digital marketing; Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online news daily
Excellent writing skills required
Knowledge of pop culture; Demonstrable engagement with popular culture and understanding of influencer landscape
Experience seeing influencer partnerships through from start to finish
Experience working with or vetting talent and/or influencers
Strong pitching, presentation and communication/ writing skills
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with proven ability to multitask to manage priorities
Results driven with a focus on delivering excellent client service
Experience with Influencer tools
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
