As our Head of Sales, you will accelerate Ketryx’s sales growth by building a repeatable, methodical GTM motion. Your background showcases previous success in fast growth startups. Your current network will support the rapid hiring of the sales department. Your skillset demonstrates great mentorship to develop an accountable staff. You will act as the executive sponsor in critical sales meetings and support the closing of all Ketryx deals and expansions.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales forecasting strategies.

  • Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. 

  • Provide direct oversight and mentorship to drive significant accountability in the team. 

  • Maintain regular 1:1 coaching sessions with direct reports to ensure completion of monthly goals and objectives. 

  • Ability to adjust to individual customer needs and communication styles. 

  • Partner with the CMO to continuously improve the lead generation funnel.

  • Be a trusted member of the executive team and provide feedback for overall company growth and development.

  • Be a champion in client onboarding and strategy. 

  • In partnership with the Product Team, support in requesting, translating, and prioritizing product feedback.

  • Regular evaluation of compensation structures and plans that align with the business and industry standard. 


Required Skills:

  • 10 years of high-growth startup experience; B2B SaaS preferred. 

  • Experience with land and expand sales motion.

  • Demonstrated progression of professional growth. 

  • Strong self-starter mentality capable of coaching and developing a strong and dedicated team.

  • Ability to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
