Automotive Test Specialist

Kett Engineering, a leading company in the automotive testing industry since 1953, is seeking experienced Test Drivers to work at a customer proving ground in Arizona. The successful candidate will drive durability test vehicles on predetermined routes, gathering data for manufacturer engineers.

The ideal candidate will be trained to work on multiple projects and have flexibility with their schedule. They will report directly to engineering teams and may be required to work in an on-call basis. Two shifts are available: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) and 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm).

The starting hourly pay is $16.50. Responsibilities include:

• Completing a full vehicle evaluation and documenting findings.
• Driving on designated routes for 8-hour shifts while performing test procedures.
• Participating in all vehicle testing, including driving and special tests.
• Maintaining safety and security procedures.

Requirements include:

• A valid Arizona driver's license.
• A clean driving record with no points, citations, or accidents for the past three years.
• 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Passing a drug test and background check.
