Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeping Manager to join our client's team in the United States. As a key member of the grounds crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all turf areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, irrigating, dethatching, and aerating as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of all turf areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, irrigating, dethatching, and aerating as needed.
• Manage flower beds and planters, including planting, watering, and seasonal mulching.
• Supervise the acquisition, splitting, storage, and distribution of firewood.
• Maintain pathways by edging, cleaning, and sweeping gravel.
• Monitor and repair irrigation systems, managing seasonal start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Conduct equipment maintenance, including blade replacement, oil changes, filter cleaning, and winterization.
• Supervise the grounds crew, delegating tasks and maintaining high standards of upkeep across the property.
• Perform property rounds to ensure quality, safety, and aesthetic standards are met.
• Manage seasonal landscaping tasks, including tree wrapping, snow removal, and other adjustments.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship required.
• Cedula Professional and Titulo Universitario required; degree must be in Agriculture/Agronomy or related field.
• Valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5-year validity required.
• No previous immigration issues allowed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to move to the U.S.
• 80% proficiency in English required.
