POSITION: SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
Effective for Remainder of 2021-22 School Year
LOCATION: DISTRICT WIDE
GENERAL INFORMATION: Kettering City Schools is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers to work on an as needed basis. Applicants must have minimum of a BACHELOR’S DEGREE with a valid Ohio Teaching/Substitute License. Upon appointment, please bring your Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and Official transcripts.

- Ohio Teaching License/Sub Teacher License
- College Transcripts (Originals are required for your Sub Teacher License through ODE)
- $47.25 Money order for Background Check
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows daily objectives and lesson plans.
- Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
- To see all assigned children are kept in a safe environment.
- To follow the instructions of Building Principals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ohio teaching/ Substitute Teaching License.
- Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Educational technology skills.
SALARY: $105.00/day
