Job Overview
Kettering Network Radiologists, Inc. is the premier radiology practice in Southwestern Ohio, offering board certified, fellowship trained physician expertise partnered with state-of-the-art Hospital Networks and Imaging Facilities.
We are currently searching for a self-motivated individual to join our administrative team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Coordination of initial or reappointment for all Physicians and Mid-Level Providers privileges.
- Works collaboratively with physicians, physician assistants, and other credentialing professional in hospitals and other facilities.
- Ensure licenses and certifications and all expiring documents are accurate and active among all markets.
- Maintain and monitor a database of licenses and certification, to ensure compliance among all markets.
- Complete documentation required to obtain hospital privileges for physicians and physician assistants, as necessary.
- Meets regularly with Practice Manager to update on progress and status of credentialing issues.
- Develop accessible files for credentialing and licensing by provider and center, including monthly updates on status.
- Updates and uploads all appropriate documentation to Provider & Center Files and Credentialing Database
- Meets assignment due dates.
- Regular attendance and punctuality required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensures that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Provides monthly updates and submits applications to KNRI Billing Company.
- Submits malpractice insurance application
- Performs any other functions as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as necessary.
- At least two (2) years of experience of Credentialing experience, or in a managed care industry.
- Excellent phone/customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Word documents and/or Credentialing Database(s)
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
