We are looking for a Director, Interaction Design (IXD) to join one of our largest accounts. In this role, you’ll set the product vision, design new features, and enhance existing ones while establishing scalable UX / UI patterns across platforms. As a design director, you’ll both lead and manage a group of designers as a project lead, while contributing directly to the work as the most senior practitioner on the team.
Candidates should have :
- Extensive interaction or product design experience in either agency or related environments designing iOS and Android native applications, websites, and internal tools.
- Design leadership experience across the product design lifecycle, including experience leading both UX and UI design workstreams.
- A clear communication style, with proven experience collaborating with senior level clients and presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience delivering user-focused solutions in high-complexity categories (financial services, telco, consumer tech, etc.)
- Experience managing and mentoring junior to senior level IxD designers.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $180k-$220k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
