We are looking for a Senior Producer to oversee end-to-end digital project execution for a leading brand. In this client-facing role, you will manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and developers, you will drive the production of high-quality digital experiences while maintaining strong client relationships.
We are hiring people in Austin who are able to go into an office 2 days a week AND fully remote teammates in the Pacific time zone.
Key Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in digital project management, preferably at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase website, email, digital marketing asset and e-commerce projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows, from concept to completion.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
The target range of base compensation for this role is $110k-$150k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
