- Design and deliver engaging Accounting courses aligned with approved syllabi, objectives, and learning outcomes.
- Develop and administer course assignments, essays, and exams to assess student achievement and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment, actively engage students, and promote academic excellence.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure instructional and program quality, contributing to curriculum design and review.
- Represent Keuka College professionally, upholding institutional policies and values while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- A Master's degree in Accounting is required; Ph.D. or D.B.A. preferred.
- Active professional accounting certification, such as CPA or CMA, is essential.
- Two to three years of teaching experience is beneficial, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
