We are looking for someone passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and professional, with a strong desire to learn about wine and share that knowledge with our customers.

Administrative Support: We need someone proficient in Microsoft Excel, social media, and general administrative tasks. Job Description:

• Greet and welcome all visitors who enter our tasting room.
• Interact with visitors, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Pour wines for guests chosen tasting selections.
• Educate guests on wines and winery history.
• Handle routine sales transactions which include operating cash register and accounting of daily sales.
• Run the POS system.
• Assist with display and stocking of retail items and wines.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of facilities.
• Assist with off location promotional events.
• Promote Wine Club & Membership Sales.
• Prepare tasting room for opening and closing.
• Experience in social media marketing
• Assist in Administrative work
• Assist with our off premise wine expos that we do often.
• Pour and sell bottles during the 2025 Saratoga Race Track Season

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills along with a professional and engaging demeanor.
• 1-2 years of wine knowledge.
• Applicant must be dependable, punctual, professional, go getter, and comfortable working with the public.
• Self-motivated and operates with a sense of urgency and willingness to learn.
• Open-minded and positive thinker.
• Passion for wine and the brand.

Salary: $18.00 an hr
