Job Overview : Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager with a focus on e-commerce and D2C to lead and manage cross-functional digital projects that drive growth and innovation for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, with at least 2 years dedicated to delivering successful digital solutions within the e-commerce space. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership : Lead, plan, and manage complex e-commerce and digital initiatives, including platform migrations, website optimizations, integrations, and custom features for D2C sales.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, development, UX / UI, teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce projects.
Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on business goals.
Agile Methodology : Utilize agile project management methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of projects, managing sprints, timelines, and backlogs.
Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Budget & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial parameters.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to drive efficiencies and streamline workflows.
Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and successful completion.
Customer-Centric Focus : Ensure that all digital solutions are built with the customer experience in mind, optimizing the D2C journey and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Requirements :
What You Bring to the Table :
Proven experience (2 years) in program management specific to e-commerce, or D2C operations, preferably within the consumer goods or coffee industry.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through complex, fast-moving projects.
Knowledge in common knowledge-worker tools (Microsoft Sharepoint / Teams / Office) and specialized project / program management software (MS Project, Atlassian Suite – JIRA / Confluence, etc.)
Experience in a matrixed responsibility organization working with multiple Product Managers per effort, and off-shore team management\
Experience in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)
