In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical contracting / construction industry. This position will be responsible for overall project guidelines including budgets, project timeline and customer satisfaction.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
- BSME or Construction Management or Architecture degree
- 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager running project from start to finish.
- Overall responsibility for the project within established goals for quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, and safety, with a major focus on customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing Assistant Project Managers
- Mechanical Contracting (Preferred) or Construction experience
- Experience with project financials
- Timberline and Procore a plus
- CAD ability is a plus
