Job Overview :

The Finance Manager will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of Keurig Dr Pepper's financial performance for finance and executive leadership. As part of the US Coffee Finance team, you will collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze and communicate key drivers of the business' financial results, as well as provide inputs to executive management packages and scorecards. This role requires an understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning about the business, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.

What you will do :

Collaborate closely with the US Coffee business leaders and finance team on month end close, financial reporting, to ensure monthly financials are fairly stated
Partner directly with Marketing and G&A leadership to optimize OPEX and provide insights on forecast creation
Evaluate spend patterns versus historical norms, forecast plans, and competitive benchmarks to recommend business decisions and opportunities
Collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze, align, and report key business drivers
Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics for development of financial scorecards and dashboards
Develop a detailed understanding of financial systems including SAP and various business warehouses or BI cubes to extract data and support the interpretation of periodic results
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling

Requirements : What you must have :

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

MBA or CPA a plus

5-10 years of relevant finance experience

Technical and Other Skills :

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially in Excel

Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Planning Analytics, Essbase, etc.)

Proficient in fundamentals of Corporate Finance and modeling of business scenarios

Required Competencies and aptitudes :

Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines

Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems

Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service

Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages

Detailed and process improvement oriented

Coachable, open to feedback, eager to grow into a well-rounded finance professional

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion

Ability to work flexible hours as required

Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles

Hybrid work environment, three days in-office at Burlington, Massachusetts headquarters
