Job Overview:
The Regional Account Sales Executive (RAE) Foodservice Solutions (FSS) Northeast position serves as the front-line contact and facilitator for KDP, leading the sales of our portfolio in the On-Premise channels with multiple regional accounts. This position executes key business building initiatives including sales and coverage responsibilities for foodservice accounts within the assigned territory.
The RAE contributes to KDP's volume, profit and share growth by developing, selling, and executing plans for our portfolio of brands and will report to the Director of Regional Accounts East. The role demands a highly driven, results-oriented, organized person with strong customer relationship skills and at least 3 years of consumer goods sales experience. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of sales success, be able to multi-task in a demanding environment and provide high level call expertise (owner/operator and C-Suite) with regional restaurant chains. They also must be able to negotiate multi-year contracts and understand the financials that drive mutually beneficial results with our customers.
Location and Travel
This is remote position. The ideal candidate will be based Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA but will consider candidates based in the Northeast. There is approximately 30 - 40% travel in the territory with this position. Coverage states in the Northeast includes NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH and ME.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop business relationships with key decision makers & contacts at Foodservice retail accounts and distributors to expand KDP fountain and on-premise brand availability.
- Prospect for opportunities at emerging accounts in the Foodservice channel to sell the KDP portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate current and potential volume opportunities within assigned market; ensure adequate coverage of accounts within territory. Develop account action plans to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
- Negotiate multi-year contracts with regional chain customers that deliver mutually beneficial results and expand KDP beverage portfolio to meet the needs of our customers and consumers. Model financial scenarios to provide return on investment for both KDP and the customer.
- Develop account programs designed to improve the distribution and merchandising of KDP portfolio products. Inspect execution of KDP initiatives accounts have agreed to perform.
- Manage marketing budgets with regional accounts chain customers. Use of funds to be consistent with strategies aimed at increasing beverage incidence and total sales for our customers.
- Participate in business planning sessions, marketing seminars and other trade shows to insulate existing business and develop volume building activities.
- Partner with KDP Customer Marketing resources towards the execution and activation of activities that support mutually developed/agreed annual business plans.
- Communication must exist with cross functional teams within KDP, including the Finance Team, Operations, CTA and Master Data.
- $91,300- $135,000 / year
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of CPG sales experience in Selling, Negotiating, and Top-Level Account Coverage Management
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (minimal 5 years’ experience)
