Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
- Guided Consultations: Walk clients through the process of selecting appropriate insurance policies, ensuring they are fully informed about their options.
- Policy Development: Customize and offer suitable insurance plans that cater to the specific needs and situations of each client.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the benefits of our insurance products.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty License and Life and Health.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Motivated: Self-driven and enthusiastic about sales and meeting targets.
