Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, allowing you to control your income based on your performance. You will be responsible for marketing insurance products, generating leads, quoting policies, and closing sales for Home, Auto, and Life Insurance. Youll have access to exciting community events, marketing opportunities, and a dynamic, supportive team. Salary: $30000 - $50000 per year

• Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels.
• Ask for referrals and build long-term client relationships.
• Quote and write policies for Home, Auto, and Life Insurance.
• Engage in community events and marketing efforts to grow the agencys presence.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insurance products clearly.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
