KAG is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee service departments in several of our New England locations. The perfect candidate must have previous Stellantis/Chrysler experience/certifications and be willing to travel throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont a minimum of 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CDJR Service Departments in several locations at a high level.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service department performance, maximize revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as service volume, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
- Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
- Craft goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chrysler service manager required, managing multiple locations preferred
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma required and higher education/certifications preferred
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
