At Strogen's - Service Experts, we are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC questions, analyze trends of spends, and provide recommendations to clients to optimize their repair and maintenance spend. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years proven field experience in residential HVAC and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for the department and evaluate & resolve technical issues.
- Account Management: Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership and process quotes from service providers to customers.
- Customer Service: Resolve billing problems of a technical nature and provide technical assistance for customers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership Skills: Ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities, with a minimum of 5 years as an HVAC service manager or adequate field supervisory experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Industry-specific knowledge of various components associated with HVAC service field and working knowledge of the techniques, methods, tools, & safety precautions of the HVAC trade.
