Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engage our audience
- Work with team members to create relevant content and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
- Develop and manage a monthly content schedule to ensure consistent distribution
- Create, edit, and post content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner; escalate any customer concerns to the appropriate manager
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions that enhance our strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
