Job Description :
Genesis of Milford is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service BDR / Loaner Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the loaner fleet, and following up with customers after their service appointments.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and coordinate the loaner vehicle fleet.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles and service appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
