- Candidates should have experience in corporate transactions and public company representation, particularly in ’33 Act issuer side transactions, ’34 Act reporting, exchange listings, and corporate governance.
- Cross-border transaction experience is preferred.
- A strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing skills are required.
