Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
- Support the development and execution of operational policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate information flow.
- Participate in training sessions for new employees on operational protocols.
- Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Series 7 License
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 2 years of experience within a financial services firm
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a trading, operations within a financial services company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
