We are currently hiring an Accountant 1 to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the corporate accounting function. Duties may include reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of journal entries, responsibility of allocating intercompany accounts, reconciliation of cash and banking, processing company payments and preparation of various reports for various governmental agencies, auditors, and management. This role will also assist the Credit Manager on an ongoing basis as well as perform other duties as assigned.

This role is for you if you have:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details
· Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while providing outstanding and courteous customer service.
What you will be doing:
· Reconciling balance sheets and various cash accounts.
· Processing company payments.
· Monthly journal entries.
· Assisting with various credit functions.
· Preparing various reports for taxing and governmental authorities.
· Assisting employees, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
· Providing management with monthly expense reports.
· Expensing out internal accounts.
