We are hiring an Energy Customer Service Representative for our location in Roland, Iowa (15 miles northeast of Ames). In this role, you will work in a fast paced environment while receiving inbound deliveries, managing walk-in and call-in business traffic.

This role is for you if you have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- · Valid driver’s license.
- · Ability to work longer hours during peak seasons, including evening and weekends.
- · An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details.
- · Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while exhibiting good customer relations skills.
What you will be doing:
- · Provide the Energy Department with customer service by handling customer inquiries and taking orders.
- · Working with software used company wide.
- · Understand customers, their needs and buying habits; inform customers of programs and product promotions.
- · Assist with producer grain accounting, settlements, and customer orders at the specified location.
- · Properly weigh and grade grain deliveries.
- · Efficiently receiving inbound deliveries, managing walk-in and call-in business traffic.
- · Promptly answers all phone calls, voicemails and electronic communications.
- · Aid in assigned accounting functions of the Petroleum Department.
- · Assist Agronomy, Energy, Feed and Grain departments with customer account information, billing and inventory accounting.
- · Become proficient in the use of use of company-wide software utilized by each department.
- · Effectively coordinate with other locations and employees to deliver a superior customer service experience.
- · Additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the supervisor.
