What you will do:
- Insurance verifications
- Create financial worksheets
- Deliver financial reviews with patients
- Make product and supplement recommendations based on doctor’s treatment plan
- Scan incoming insurance EOBs
- Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
- Weekly patient reporting
- Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
- Work with rest of team to keep clinic clean and clutter free
- Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Collect patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims
- Maintain business office inventory
- Other Administrative tasks
What you need
Two-year degree or more preferred but not required
Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
Things you should know
Starting compensation is $14-$18 per hour, based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Depending on the person this position may also have the option of being salaried.
This position is for 30-35 hours each week.
