What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant Level 2/Front Desk Receptionist position at O'Donahue Chiropractic?
Front desk check-in and reception position. Must be able to stand and walk 9 hours a day, and have a high-energy and happy disposition for a fast-paced office. Looking for a health minded, cheerful and compassionate professional to be a patient care liaison and admin/reception assistant. Will work directly with patients on intake forms, verifying insurance, taking vitals, preparing them for x-ray/exam, and assisting with hands-on therapies. This position will be cross-trained in all positions (therapy position and check-out) and handle marketing/social media as well. Medical office receptionist duties and/or professional office skills preferred. Marketing experience is a plus! Customer Service skills required. ***Must be available Monday - Thursday from 8:30-6. Certification is required for this position (after 90 day trial) and online classes and travel for the test will be paid by employer. Some flexibility with the schedule may be available to the right candidate. This is a part time position with no health benefits.
