Key Management is seeking to hire talented individuals to join our growing family! We are looking for an apartment maintenance technician to work and perform duties at senior apartment community. Qualified candidate will be a highly motivated, reliable, self starter that's eager to learn while working for a long term established company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
*Work closely with the Property Manager and resident to identify and resolve maintenance issues in their units
*Maintain proper inventory while working within the operating budget
*Repair and make ready apartment units for new residents
*Maintain curb appeal and amenities
*Repair plumbing and maintain HVAC systems as needed
*Drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair and general building maintenance
* Assist in building cleanliness and upkeep
*Ability to adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines
*Exceptional time management skills
*Emergency On Call required
