Job Description
Database Marketing Agency seeking entry level administrative assistant.
Responsibilities:
· Answering the phone
· Faxing, emailing, mail merging/label making
· Order Entry
· Assist with administrative and office projects as assigned.
· Research
· Data entry
· Building basic excel spreadsheets (with formulas)
Technical Qualifications
· Organizational skills
· Strong knowledge MS Suite and google doc
· Time management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Job Experience Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Office Experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and staff
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
- Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
