Key Painting & Decorating is expanding our Fireproofing Division, and we’re looking for hands-on pros who know their way around a spray rig. If you’ve worked with spray foam insulation, plaster, or other spray-applied coatings, this is your chance to learn a specialized, high-demand trade with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply spray-applied fireproofing on commercial construction sites.
- Prep surfaces, mix materials, and ensure proper thickness & adhesion.
- Work at heights on lifts & scaffolding while following top-tier safety protocols.
- Keep equipment in top shape for clean, efficient application.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with spray insulation, plastering, or coatings.
Comfortable working on lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
Physically fit for a hands-on role (lifting up to 75lbs, overhead spraying, etc.).
OSHA 10 or 30 certification? Great! If not, we’ll help you get it.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
