One of Holland's, north side, leading manufacturer of Innovative Architectural Structures & Structural Insulated Panels has an opening for Grind Team Member.
The primary purpose of this position is to work as a member of the Grinder Team Member is to perform multiple tasks that ensure a quality product. Checking quality of product, grinding, and finishing of product are typical responsibilities of this position.
$17 to $19/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality of product before grinding and during the processing
- Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
- Able to lift, up to 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods of time, stooping, etc.
- Work safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
