Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Grinder to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure product quality by grinding materials and prepping parts for paint prior to shot blast. This is a hands-on, physical role in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and grind parts to meet quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement
- Operate hand tools, hi-lo, and overhead cranes
- Maintain high-quality work and reliable attendance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using hand tools and reading blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
