Zeeland Thermoforming company is looking to hire employees to do trimming/deburring, light assembly and packing of plastic products. Someone who has done plastic injection molding would work out well at this company, however, they are willing to train as long as you are willing to learn.
Labeling & assembly of our medical parts, so it would be classed light duty industrial not operating machines.
But even though 'light duty', it would involve lifting some large parts, they are plastic but still tend toward heavy/awkward due to their large size.
As well this involves careful application of high-quality expensive labels on high $ parts, or assembling/gluing parts together in exact places, so it needs good attention to detail.
This is a small to mid-size company so, every person has a voice and will be heard at this company; you are not just another "temp", everyone knows each other. However, because this is a small to mid-size company, every person is needed to be at work every day. One day missed will create extra work for your co-worker and will set production goals behind.
You will be responsible for filling out your own paperwork and managing scrap and scrap levels on a daily basis.
$15.80/hr
A successful candidate in this position must be able to work in an environment where temperature extremes are common. This company is looking to hire in candidates, so, you must be committed to getting to work and being on time.
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred of another person who has limited English with Spanish.
But they must also be fluent in English as well to work with our paperwork and interact w/other team members.
Attention to detail is a must!
