Key Point Health Services is a leading nonprofit agency serving people with behavioral healthcare needs in the Greater Baltimore area. Among the programs and services we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.
Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a full-time County Residential Program Manager to join our Dundalk team.
What We Need:
- Someone who has either experience or education related to the population with whom they shall work.
- Someone who has knowledge of the DSM and relevant symptoms of the most common diagnosis within the PRP programs.
- Someone who can demonstrate proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy skills and case management skills.
- Someone who can demonstrate the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Someone who has an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially.
- Someone who has supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs including assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes for themselves as well as fellow employees.
- Responsible for the submission of treatment plans for authorizations as well as maintenance of charts.
- Responsible for all administrative tasks as well as clinical supervision of each employee.
- Able to work independently and be proficient in resource development.
- Responsible to be on call for crisis intervention on a 24 hour basis, rotated with the program director.
- Responsible for the training of new employees and the supervision of the program
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree with CPRP or working towards obtaining a CPRP. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for experience or degree in progress, but only if the candidate already has an active CPRP. Or, master's degree in vocational rehab counseling and an active CRCC.
- Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence) with less than 3 points
- Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and provide a negative drug screen. Education and certification verification.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a religious accommodation or medical exemption
