Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Key Property Management as a key member of our team. This role is vital in ensuring the effective management of our properties while upholding our commitment to providing quality affordable housing.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties to ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations.
- Utilize RealPage OneSite software for property management tasks including tenant tracking, waitlist management, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure safety standards and maintenance needs are met.
- Assist in the leasing process by showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and property upkeep efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records related to property management activities including data entry for reports.
- Support administrative functions such as budgeting, advertising, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and property management practices.
- Experience with RealPage OneSite software is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in facilities management and property maintenance oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and team members.
- Sales experience is a plus for promoting available units effectively.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
