SUMMARY
Assumes completion of Housekeeping tasks in all assisted resident apartments. Assumes responsibility for general cleanliness for the building.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
· Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a homelike environment for the residents.
· Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules for residents and for common areas to assure completion of housekeeping task.
· Perform housekeeping, janitorial and minor repairs, as assigned.
· Provides laundry services as needed.
· Observe problems, concerns, issues observed with resident apartments, the building and the grounds and communicates them appropriately.
· Observes changes in resident status, needs, or preference, and communicates them appropriately.
· Observes all work safety, and administrative rules.
· Adheres to all established policies and procedures.
· Records resident information as required.
· Avoids loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment.
· Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, work safety, and other emergency procedures.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
