Key Resource Group is partnering with a leading Technical Manufacturer in Lancaster, NY on their search for an experienced Customer Service Order Management professional.
This is an in-office Direct Hire position with a starting salary of $55,000 - $62,000 and a competitive total benefits package.
In this role, you will be a point person for the entire order process including post sale customer support focused on order tracking and problem solving.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Assist the customer base with various questions regarding company products and orders
- Create orders in the system and manage orders received via EDI (electronic data interchange)
- Partner with other departments to ensure delivery dates are met
- Manage escalation of all relevant requests and overdue orders
- Maintain communication with field sales team as necessary
- Monitor customer change orders in regards to schedules, pricing, and material changes
- Communicate with customer base any ship dates changes to purchase orders
- Review and confer with customers any debit or credit issues related to orders
Skills and Requirements :
- Minimum 2 year degree in Business Administration or similar field of study highly preferred. Some secondary education required.
- 2 3 years of Order Entry and Customer Service experience required
- 3 years of Sales Administration greatly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset required
- Basic accounting knowledge is a big plus
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
