Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish appointments
- Set appointments
- Create excellent customer experience for the guests
- Out bound calls to offer appointment times
- Work with scripts and templates to ensure consistent customer service
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show

Participate in team and process development sessions

keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Pick up and Deliver guests vehicles to there home or business

Shuttle guests home or work or return to the Dealership

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in customer service experience
